Profile

Mr. Edward K Prosper is an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Mzumbe University. He is the holder Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) of the University of Cape Town in Republic of South Africa. He specializes in Commercial Law focusing in Completion Law, International Commercial Arbitration, Company Law and Insurance Law.

Mr. Edward K Prosper is a member of Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators which deals with assistance of parties to settle dispute in amicable ways.

Mr. Edward K Prosper also deals with research and a consultancy. He formed part in the research conducted in collaboration with two Universities in 2016 entitled “Study of drivers of violence against children and positive change in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar”. The Study was commissioned by UNICEF to Mzumbe University and the University of Huddersfield.
